Kendra Bell is dedicated to raising awareness of mental health issues and reducing the stigma associated with mental illness and treatment. Kendra works to promote understanding, coping, and learning the triggers associated with mental illness.

 

Through motivational and inspirational speaking, she focuses on self and spiritual enlightenment including combating negative thoughts and incorporating positive lifestyle changes.

 

Kendra is an author, motivational speaker, blogger, and podcaster.

Through motivational and inspirational speaking, she focuses on self-enlightenment including combating negative thoughts and incorporating positive lifestyle changes. 
 
Kendra is an author, motivational speaker, blogger, and podcaster. Her thirst for knowledge began as a student at Jackson State University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Furthering her education, she studied and received her certification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography.  She has 15 years of research experience in the biotech industry and in academic institutions. 
 
Kendra has been an advocate for mental health, public health and non-profit organizations. Some of her roles included spokesperson for the 2017 NAMI Louisiana Regional Conference Speaker, 2017 Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated Cupcakes and Conversations, 2016-2017 Behavioral Health Day held at the Louisiana State Capitol, guest speaker for the Delta Sigma Theta Journey to Entrepreneur Forum, I CARE health fair participant, contributor for Southern Laced, highlighted author in Baton Rouge Christian Life Magazine and guest radio appearances on Epiphany with Miyume and KAJD 96.5.
